Life is a precious gift from our Almighty Creator and should be protected from conception to natural death.
The Declaration of Independence states there are three natural rights: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. One can not have Liberty or Pursue Happiness without Life.
Secure the Border
Texas is being invaded by dangerous criminals, bent on flooding our streets with drugs and human trafficking. Texas must have a secure border, which repels and detains these threats.
Property Taxes
Paying taxes on something you already own is nothing more than legalized extortion. Texas should work to phase out property taxes in the shortest possible time frame.
Second Amendment
The Right to Keep and Bear Arms shall not be infringed. The Founders of our great nation understood the Right to Life means nothing if you don’t have the tools to protect it. I strongly support Constitutional Carry and oppose any and all gun control.
Election Integrity
Free and Fair Elections are essential to keeping our Republic. Unfortunately, radical leftist have weakened our elections in many and various ways. Texas must secure our elections to retain our freedom.
Health Freedom
From vaccines to the food you eat, you should be free to make your own health decisions. One of Matt’s legislative priorities is to pass the “Blood Bill,” which allows people the right to choose directed donor blood.
Combat radical Islam
Radical Islam is a political system, not a religion. It is not compatible with Western Civilization.
